FIELD OF APPLICATION

Suitable for gluing ceramic tiles to cement-based supports, porcelain stoneware, clinker, marble, stone tiles, mosaics, low-absorption tiles, high-density tiles, for floors and walls, indoors external and internal where there is a high presence of moisture. Recommended for high facades, terraces, for environments with central heating, for environments that are part of vibrations, continuous pressures, also for gluing tile on tile (  in this  case , the  tiles must be  in stable  and immovable  ) .​​​​  Ideal for swimming pools, for industrial environments, for wavy and unstable supports ( as a result of high elasticity and deformability ). Suitable for gluing tiles with dimensions of 5-300 cm.

METHOD OF PREPARING THE MIXTURE

Mix 7-8 liters of clean water with 25 kg of Strongkoll, mix the created mass with an electric mixer until a homogeneous and grain-free mass is formed. Let stand for 10 minutes and then stir again before use. The working time of the mixture is 2-3 hours under normal temperature conditions (20°C).

SUPPORT PREPARATION

Cement-based substrates must be stable, resistant and regular, without oils and dirt and without paint residues, and must have reached the maturity time in advance. Approximately, traditional cement-based floors with normal setting times should have a curing time of at least 28 days, traditional plaster bases should dry for at least 14 days. Large unevenness or large cracks should be fixed in advance. All types of supports must be cleaned in advance before applying the product mechanically. Before applying the product, the surface of the support must be moistened so that the product can create a better adhesion with it. First, the product is recommended to be laid with the straight part of the screed to have a more even distribution and then with the serrated part. The application is done with a suitable screed depending on the type of tile being laid. Placing the tiles is done by applying a little pressure on the tile making sure that the tile is covered on the entire surface with the glue. The opening time of the product in normal atmospheric conditions is 35 minutes for temperatures of 23°C. Atmospheric conditions can affect the drying time of the product. Care should be taken that the coating should not form a film surface. On the contrary, then it is necessary to pass the malla once over the cough. It is not advisable to lay tiles with kissing joints. The tiles are placed in such a way that they are suitable for their dimensions. A distance of 5 mm must be left on the joining surfaces with the vertical walls.

PAINT APPLICATION

Tile joints can be sealed after about 4 hours. Elastic joints must be sealed with silicone. Paved floors are trespassable after 4 hours. Complete drying is achieved after 24 hours.
